Eddie Price is a Native of California who has been at the forefront of Economic Equity for more than 25 years. Mr. Price spent his early formative years in Oakland, CA, and eventually moved to San Diego where he hit the ground running. Realizing there was a lack of economic activity involving African Americans, he started the San Diego Urban Economic Corporation.
He currently serves as the Community Development Officer for GRID Alternatives, an international non-profit Solar installation company and perfect fit for Mr. Price with their triple bottom line of "People, Planet, Employment."
Maria Muhammad lives and breathes environmental sustainability and justice and is known amongst her colleagues and friends as the "Green Queen."
She is a graduate of the IAMBK Green Environmental Literacy Workforce Development Program by I Am My Brother's Keeper. She also holds certifications from the Boards and Commissions’ Leadership Institute as well as The San Diego County Citizens’ Water Academy. Mrs. Muhammad is leading the way to improve, uplift and educate within her community and beyond.
Dan is a community organizer, social healer & systems disruptor with an aptitude for equity, inclusion, liberation and justice. Her degree in Intercultural Communication and desire for cultural exchange has sent her to Belize, Jamaica and Puerto Rico to support grassroots community development initiatives in education, agriculture and sustainability.
Here in San Diego, she utilizes her nonprofit management expertise to support organizations in board development, community engagement, fundraising, program design and strategic planning. Her current areas of focus include: civic ecology, community empowerment, food & medicine sovereignty, social enterprise, urban agriculture and youth development & education.

Brother David is the co-founder of I Am Green, a Social Enterprise that uses education and engagement to reconnect our people to the planet and each other, he is also the Executive Chef of I Am Green Pop Up Cafe.
He is a subject matter expert in Public Safety, Loss Prevention, Security & Emergency Preparedness, Non Violent Physical Crisis Intervention, Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Instructor, WMD Threat and Risk Assessor, EPA Emergency Preparedness and Prevention w/emphasis in HAZMAT Spills, Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) Certified. Brother David is an Environmental Literacy, Energy Auditing, and Weatherization Instructor.
He lends his genius as Lead Trainer and Environmental Specialist for the SDUSC Climate Ambassadors for Environmental Justice Certification Program.
